I was shopping at the Spar located at Bel Air Mall in North Riding. I decided to withdraw R 600 from the ATM in the shop. Upon completing my transaction at the ATM, it did not dispense any cash and the screen flashed an error message. Yet, I recieved cell phone and email notification that the money was drawn. I phoned the helpline number on the slip and was told to go into my local branch to report the matter.
