I have recieved a call from Honda SA after my I posted my complaint. I bought a second hand vehicle and have a 30 day warranty on the gearbox and engine. Understandably after the poor service I've recieved, I refuse to entrust my car to Honda Helderberg, Strand again. Honda SA is unable to assist me elsewhere as they say it is a second hand vehicle (not a Honda) and cannot be seen to by Honda SA. They say I can only take my car to Honda Helderberg. No thank you.
