We arrived at Del Rey travel in Valencia, we were greeted kindly and they attended to us right away. Shortly after the presentation, we sat back down at our table. When a manager arrived, he gave us a series of sales pitches and took us to his office. He says "That he has a hard time hearing because his wife hits him with a baseball bat."
