I was calling in as specified by my travel agent at bookit.com 10 days before my flight to get some assistance with the e-ticket print out process & to my surprise i was told i didnt have transportation included in my package which i cleary did. As requested by bookit, me sending them my intial email quote which i did stating all what was included in the price i paid.
