I pay most time on line or at store if possible. But the store is 35 miles from me. Several times I have tried to do automated phone payment and it tells me it cannot help me after I give my routing number three times two different ways. When I reach a rep.they take the last 4 digits of the rounting number and check number goes though. Today I made a payment with the rep. after about eight times of hearing I sorry I don't know what to tell you I cannot help you. I ask to talk to his manager and she told me the same thing.
