Late June we started to refinance our home mortgage with WF and our "home mortgage Consultant" Beth Patterson has been difficult to deal with to say the least. Usually will not return calls, doesn't know answer's and now our lock is past, but should be good for us as the rate went down. But I can't get her to return our calls. Because they are not helping us, is there any recourse for us to get our appraisal fee back from WF due to their negligence? We had paid $400.00 for it but I think we will be better off going thru a mortgage broker who has said it would be done in 30 days. read full review »
