Bought the 50" Plasma SAMSUNG TV on 02/20/2010 for $1, 399.00 from hhgregg Kennesaw. In July 2010 the screen made a blasting sound and screen went blank. I tried to contact sales person and the manager of the store but they expressed that they cannot help. We tried to contact a TV repair person and he showed us a small crack on the screen and said that if it was not hit by anything it might have caused by A/C humidity or splash of water. We are unable to get any help from the store, teir simple response is 'sorry bad luck'. We still owe the money to hhgregg financial services. Please help read full review »
