I applied for International roaming, which had been disconnected, as I was travelling to Swaziland on business. My client who was travelling with me applied at the same time, with Vodacom. The next day my client had his roaming connected, and I am still waiting, a week later!!!. This amount to nothing but poor service, especially as I had my wife calling MTN, and was assured that I was going to get connected. As for the call centres.
