I was in the market to locate a salon with a stylist I can trust. I loved my hair and the length (before Contessa). I explain to Contessa that I wanted my hair to continue to grow out and that I did not want all my hair cut off. She not only cut all my hair off, but what few pieces I have left is uneven. Apparently my hair is jacked up. My husband who spoke with her earlier is just as disappointed as I am. I explained to Contessa that it took a long time for my hair to have grown the length it was because of hypothyroidism. I am very Disappointed and ashamed. read full review »
