CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF BEING RIPPED OFF BY THIS INTERNET ORDERING COMPANY!!! I have found Cymax to be dishonest, unreliable and not wanting to communicate with customers to correct their deficiency. The wrong furniture was delivered to me. I called Cymax while the trucking company was still at my home about refusing shipment. Cymax told me to accept the shipment and a return authorization would be sent in the next 1-2 days. The authorization never came.
