Caught by MNI "free" report offer and found ourselves with monthly billing. Read all the complaints on the web. Called the company 1-866-883-3309 and after a long wait a nice young man came on the line who started to inform me that I had signed up; it was in the page where we submitted our info. I pointed out to him that a quick google search shows that many people feel their procedures are fraudulent and that I wanted it cancelled NOW. He said he'd cancel effective today but I have not gotten the promised confirmatory e-mail so we'll see. read full review »
