This is regarding the customer care services in Patna, Bihar. Despite calling and talking to them that i dont want any additional services so they should not charge me any additional amount they didnt listen. They kept on asking for unnecessary details rather than solving the problem, after talking to them for 15 times, still i am unsure about my problem.
