I am highly unsatisfied with your way of work. I am not getting my desired holidays for the last 4 years for the lack of vacancy as told by your people. Because of that my 14 days have lapsed without any usage. It is illogical and illegal to collect AMC from me who has not even used any single holidays for last 4 years and still paying the AMC.
