Even though they demanded a credit card and I had a valid id from both federal and another state they wouldn't rent me a carpet cleaner. I had a leak and so I had to go home and hope that the carpet wouldn't get moldy. They made me wait 20 minutes for the person who handled the carpet cleaner rental to stop "being busy" to help me. These people knew I was out of state (considering there is an air force base less than 10 miles from there, it is a usual situation.) However, they still made me wait for nothing.
