They, too, guaranteed me to be "on time" and confirmed my reservation over the phone until the morning of my pick up. I stood in my driveway and made many calls to their office. All I got was an answering machine and was forced to call a taxi for a ride to the airport after waiting an hour. Complete unprofessional and they had the nerve to charge my credit card.
