I am a customer of Airtel from last 5 -6 years. Once there was a time when Airtel was so confidant about there bills, at that time they were stamping on their bills REWARD OF Rs/-1000 ON BILLING MISTAKE. But now a days they are also cheating as the other low grade companies. I am using Airtel GPRS. On 1st August company deduct 35 Rs/- . As per company's customer care the reason was using of Airtel live. I aproach to senior officer, they refund my deduced amount.
