When I sign up in Nov. 2005 I was told that I was going to save money and my bills will be less not true it was higher my agreement run out on Feb. 03, 2011. I will not sign up again they have lie to me every time that I ask them about this. My neighbor next door to me is in a bigger house by 200 sq.ft. then my pays a less bill About $50.00 to $60.00>there is 2 people living in that house same as me.
