I purchesed a Sanyo Juno cell phone from boostmobile. Come to find out that you are not able to download anything from your pc you cannot hook it up to your pc. I was told that there is not a driver or a program that is on the market that will help you bypass this problem. I feel very unhappy with the way Sanyo and Boost have acted about this problem. Hanging up on me several times, passing the buck like they are not responsible for this situation. This is not stated on thier packing for the phone or eaither of thier websites eathier.
