Dear Sir / Madam, This is complaint regarding videocon TV model "NP21" from Bangalore. i have logged the complaint#BAN0606100069 - 06th June, 2010 which is two month past. Technician has attendted this complaint on 08th June, 10 and has taken request for replacing spare parts which was causing inproper display for TV.
