MTN really needs to do something about its operations and service level agreements, it is so appalling... It is like very month I have to write about something and I resort to writing a report because no one at MTN ever bothers to do their jobs and serve customers. IF it is not network issues, the debit order is going off on the wrong date or it is an incorrect amount. Just yetserday MTN debited my account with R841.00 instead of R376.00.
