ULTA had a promotion that if your purchased a certain amount, you got a cute cosmetic bag filled with samples of ULTA cosmetics. I bought more than planned in order to get the "free gift" and an opportunity to try the ULTA brand cosmetics. When I opened the bag, I discovered every single product was made in China. I will not use any lipstick or eye product made in China, or any other product that is applied to the rest of my face. I would urge everyone to avoid facial products made in China as you cannot be certain of the ingredients, even for well-known brands. read full review »
