Trying to get phone replaced by AT&T after it was stolen. Wanted a replacement for what I had (3 GS 16 gb). Told I had to upgrade iPhone 4. NO iPhones available in the Cape Girardeau, MO store although was told some phones would be available on Tuesday. Told I would be called at 9:00. at 11:00, I tried to call the local store. No answer...for 45 minutes! Finally left work to go to their location.
