I wanted to get the total outstanding amount on my husbands Nedbank credit card and after being reffered from one call centre to another I finally get through to one that has a telephone banking self help section which I thought great I will enter his card number, expiry date and id no and will get the info I need without a problem. If only this service actually worked!!! It didn't so then I get transfered to a consultant who says they can't help me cos its confidential!!
