I took a class and for some reason the financial aid never went through. They never contacted me to tell me this and all of a sudden I get an email saying my account is past due and I need to pay or get sent to collections. I immediately call and explain that I am signing up for the fall semester at the nearby campus (I had since moved) and could we forward that balance to that campus and let me pay both semesters at once?
