I was told by the staff signing me up that I could cancel membership at any time if I gave them a 30 day written notice. When I got home, I read the tiny fine print which said I could only cancel if I got a written notice from my doctor, and then only after a year! I sent them written notice, but they are refusing to cancel the membership and threatening me with legal action. They evidently can't keep their business open legitimately and so are trying to make a living via fraud and intimidation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MASSAGE ENVY! It's a huge SCAM! read full review »
