I have a charge of 62.14$ on my credit card for "Norton Annual Renewal" that I have not authorized. I have not been using this product for some time now. When I call the number on my statement, I get a nifty message telling me how important it is to keep the product, then when put on hold, they play the most annoying music to dicourage you from holding the line. There is no way of reaching them. How do I go about getting a refund and avoiding such a scam in the future? And I thought that nortaon would be a trustworthy company!!! read full review »
