On 8/24/2010, at 3p.m., Gerry's Food Pantry affiliated with the Holy Rosary Church located in Rochester, NH 03867, denied Hays-Davias a needy family food, because they did not live in the same city, but lived a town over from the food pantry. The family's main concern was their under weight child, but the three angry volunteers continued to say you are getting no food unless you can prove you live in the City of Rochester turning the family away to starve.
