Listed an original painting by noted artist on Art Brokerage Inc. Due to a complete lack of activity the listing was withdrawn. Art Brokerage Inc. then listed the painting as "SOLD". This was not the case. Art Brokerage Inc. deliberated misstated the facts to make their company appear successful, when, in fact, they were not.
