I ordered several inkjet cartridges on August 12, 2010. By August 24th I didn't receive my order but it was charged to my account. Fortunately, I didn't place a large order so I wasn't going to get burned for a huge sum if things didn't work out. When I didn't receive any response to emails and phone calls, I initiated a dispute through PayPal.
