The employer I worked for used them for HR and employee leasing. I separated employment with my employer; I asked the HR dept (ESG) to suspend the deduction for my HSA. My last check they deducted 1900.00 for my HSA, and now they say I have forfeited the money because I needed to choose cobra, which I did.
