My wife, in November 2008, had escalated an issue that she was billed incorrectly for a contract that she had not taken. Although that was initially resolved, now 'Cell C' is doing the exact same thing, where the contact has again been changed to Casual Chat as opposed to Weekend Special which my wife had NOT taken. I have logged a call and asked that this be escalated to their managers with NO response from either the call centre or any of their managers.
