This happend when I went into First National Bank - Rink Street Branch, Port Elizabeth about 7weeks ago - I went in to discuss my porfolio, currently - A Graduate package, and I asked them to upgrade my package to a Young Professional package, I forwarded all the relevant information and certificates as required.
