I write this complaint on behalf on my sister who had taken over my vehicle which had been insured by Outsurance. Sadly the vehicle was stolen on the 9 June 2009. After putting in a claim for the vehicle Outsurance informed her that the claim had been denied due to not having a tracking device insurance approved alarm. When she called Outsurance to notify them that she was unaware of these requirements they replied by stating that because I was the previous owner I should have known and told her.
