Due to a bit of a cashflow problem I phoned and made a payment arrangement to avoid being disconnected. I reveive a letter with the payment arrangement so I think everything is under control. My phone gets suspended, I phone 808 and lo and behold no payment arrangement on the system. I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM MTN WITH THE DETAILS AND THE AGREEMENT.
