I have moved over from prepaid to contract late last year and have chosen to select MTNSP, to my utter dismay. Since then I was at a time billed for R900 sms, complaint has been logged but no response. Itemized billing requested, no response. MTNSP calls you speaking some African language (I assume) though clearly my language is set as English, totally unproffesional and unacceptable.
