I'm an international graduate student of IIT Stuart School of business. There are also about 200 classmates of mine share the same problem with me. When we were registered for our programs, we were all required to take a PCA course, a language course teaches almost kinder-garden English but costly. It will cost about2800 usd per semester. But when we got our admission letter, there's no word about the PCA course. Moreover, to get our Master's degree, we need to finish 33 academic credit hours as the AD said.
