This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Nobody who works for them seems to be able to do their job correctly. Bad experience as follows: - I ordered two books for one of my classes on the 19th. My first day of class was the 25th so I knew I was cutting it close. But I got an email saying the books were shipped and they would arrive on the 26th. My first day of class my teacher explained that for one of the books we would need to highlight/write in it.
