I went to Courtesy honda today to buy out me lease on my 2006 honda odessey and was very upset at the way I was treated by the financial manager and supervisor. They made a mistake and told me that it would be taken care of by Honda and then did not stood by their word and I left there very dissatisfied with the customer service and how I was treated.
