The customer care response is not well from your side.and the voice quality which we recived is not gud that is we can not recive the voice from other side.and there is lot of network problem the coverage area in village is not gud the signal strenght is too low over there. And a silly problem of deducting balance without any reason is also there with your company which is not in other companies.
