I was due to upgrade my contract and was contacted by MTN to do so - I went to the MTN store in Ladysmith and chose two new phones - when the phones arrived I was given the relevant documentation to sign - I decided to take the time and to read this documentation all was in order except for one document which was a photostat copy that had no letterhead on it, this document was very vague and in essence would give me absolutely no recourse should anything go wrong - I told them that I am not prepared to sign that particular document - needle... read full review »
