After ordering the Nokia 5800, we had to constantly hassle them for the phone. Till we got fed up and went to the branch upon which they somehow found the handsets which were supposedly out of stock. No contract was given to me, as is the law. Upon finding out from my friends who had purchased the same phone, I noticed I was not given a music stand and no protective cover.
