Have had business account with MTn for over 15 years. Wanted to add my 87 year old mother's phone to the account on a R19.95 contract, as I don't think registering her pay as you go sim is a good idea. Took all necessary documents - ID Book, letter head etc to MTN service centre, Liberty Mall, PMB. Filled out all forms, was then told I needed to provide credit references.
