It comes on the phone as "unknown" but when you listen to the entire message that leave on the voicemail at the end they give you a number to call them back at. They are constantly calling my 8 yr old daughters prepaid cell phone and leaving messages about vacations. When I call from my cell phone (so not to use up the emergency minutes on her phone) they do not answer, it rings and rings forever. I call them from her phone and they answer right away.
