When upgrading my Data Bundle I was promised a High speed modem 7.2 not the current 3.6 Modem I had from the previous upgrade. Found out later the modem I received was a 3.6. and I was upgraded to the wrong package. Took a month to correct the bundle issue.I went back top the Vodashop where the manager said he would contact his supervisor. The Manager came back to me saying the person who helped me with the upgrade was not working there anymore (Not my problem!!).
