I hired a car from them in April 10 to go to my young cousins funeral who passed away leaving a wife and two young kids. I hired a car for the day and brought it back without a scratch or anything else wrong with it which they have agreed. They took a deposit of £900 in case of damage off my card and no matter what i have tried they wont give it back.
