Upon entering the Cell-C store I knew that this would be a pointless exercise. Our Mobile Providers have become monopolies within themselves & as a consumer & a good client u don’t get the answers u want. I have a problem with my phone, not to mention the poor reception I have in the area I live, but my phone always freezes. I am on a business package & spend a lot of money with Cell-C.
