CloseoutCCTV is a nightmare. Where should I begin: Quality of the products they sell is horrible. DVRs we purchased - all of them loose connectivity on a regular basis - DVR simply stops responding - after contacting tech support, they recommended that we just turn it off and then back on each time!!! Come on, really?? That's the way you fix a problem? No firmware update, no unit replacement or fix. One of our DVRs from time to time screws up the data.
