When I signed a contract with Sprint last September I signed up for the everything messaging family but almost immediately switched to the everything data family since I wanted the GPS feature only available with the data plan. Several months later I realized it was a waste of money having the data plan since I had purchased a GPS device and therefore was not using the data.
