Beware of lousy Customer Service. Virgin has these new Beyond Talk Plans that are supposed to have unlimited texting and web. Since I switched, I have got no texting even though the web site says I do. Several emails, and 6 phone calls in 6 days has not resolved the problem. The customer service people are worthless and just continuously say that they have "expedited" my request to Headquarters and a technician will be calling within 24 hours. 6 days later and there is still no phone call and no texting. read full review »
