Order summer item in the beginning of June, they said it's on back order and I will get it in the middle of August. Late, but still - can use it. However I did not receive it in August, moreover they said they do not have it and it's on back order for OCTOBER!!! Just great – I should get the summer item for winter. Totally careless customer service! They DO NOT HAVE ITEMS they advertise! More over they are not in any hurry to order them from whatever China… I guess…. Awful business! Value your time and money - do not order from that crappy company, there are plenty of reliable retailers who still care about customers. read full review »
